International Architectural Design Architecture Building Aedas’ Civic Culture Center “inSingapore.
Singapore Civic & Cultural Center is located at the northern base-Xchange Vista, Singapore. The 54 000 square meters including the development of the use of cultural, civic and retail, and when giving a large entertainment, lifestyle and retail experience to the north to Singapore and the wider community.
Architectural Design responded to the retail space of 24,000 square meters challenging topography of the site as a different entry point into dealing with the main spiral and culminates in an outdoor amphitheater. Above all, creating a top 40-meter high atrium of the relationship between visual and spatial areas of retail, civic and cultural. It also provides a canopy in which people can experience entertainment in an outdoor dining and shelter from the weather.
The focus of cultural district with 5,000 seat auditorium Plus, which will become the largest event of its kind in Singapore have strengthened stage, concerts and other events are great visuals.
This site is supported by artists administration, and technical support, function room, foyer, concession and circulation spaces that make up the remaining 30,000 square meters of civil and cultural programs.
The design concept is driven by a desire to blur the lines between commercial and cultural spaces and liquid phases inside and outside to promote the discovery and delivery of energy in the service node room house north, and so on.
