La Concha Elegant House Design by MOOARC
La Concha was created by MOOARC, a home that’s been refurbished from the 15th-century warehouse around the island of Guernsey. inspired by ‘Nolli Plan of Rome’ in 1748 for development like a fluid, three-dimensional plan of the home.
In a lower level, kitchen and dining area may be the position within more formal living area at mezzanine level. Within the back, sleeping block connected using the living area with the entrance and vertical circulation. A family room / play more delicately arranged while watching house, opening to the terrace. Internal amount of 15th-century warehouse is fundamentally of the home.
The home was created like a separate block of sleep associated with the warehouse through a bit of glass that permit the doorway from the mass from the original warehouse to breathe. Using the bed room block walk over the width from the site to permit visual links to the trunk garden in the dining area.
